Where best to look for an authentic CWC 6BB Chrono?

    Good evening Gents,

I admit this has to be my first time ever posting in the famous BMW, which doesn't mean that I haven't been lurking on the odd occasion or two...

To cut a long story short, my brother has fallen in love with the CWC 6BB Chronograph over at Watchuseek (http://forums.watchuseek.com/f29/fs-...h-3486882.html) however would prefer a EU deal. What would be the best place to start looking on this side of the pond?
I already trawled eBay etc however without any luck.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated

    Cheers

That makes two of us looking fo the same watch. Trawling eBay and the like. I also love that watch and other than buying new from silvermans I don't know where to find one. Guess it's just being in the right place at the right time.

    Here Mick http://www.mwrforum.net/forums/forum.php

Seems to be more focused on issued watches which usually means big bucks, no more cruises for you if you go down that rabbit hole

I have picked up 2 issued versions from SC in my time here although they don't come appear as often as they used to.

It my be worth trying a WTB.

Still looking for a CWC 6BB?

I'm looking to sell my 1974 CWC 6BB if you interested. Its got a beautiful guilt dial, and been serviced a couple of years ago.

I'd be happy to post some pics and details if you interested.
