Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Yeah something a bit different.
Nice Line up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice little set. Really fancy a PRS-14 one day.
Thanks. Loving the PRS14 at the moment.
I've had two and they're a nice, unpretentious watch. I really don't know why I sold them both!
Nice looking trio.
awesome trio.
there are times I want to rid myself of the 18 and then I just look at it and can't.
it just rocks.
Super collection there,well done.
You let go of some very nice watches and it must of been a hard decision but I think its ended with a great result!
It was quite hard. I had the PRS40 for just over a year, maybe exactly a year, which is the longest I've kept a watch in my 5 gears of being a WIS/flipper. And I had the 18Q for 6 months, thought those were gonna be forever. Then the 14 arrived and it had that great vintage feel. I'll miss them all.
I think it was your pictures of the PRS14 that made me want it so much. Had a look through your photobucket!
I got all the Timefactors watches sold in the one night at great prices, shipped them the next day, plaster ripped off fast or something?
This is the first day since I got the Sinn I've been 100% happy with the swap. And it's keeping great time which is a bonus. Amazing time actually.
I'm happy to hear that my shots inspired you! Its always nice to hear that someone likes them.
I agree with you it would be hard to give them up, but I guess you have to think of it as a good footstep into trying something new... Have to say I am considering the same at the moment. I wish I had the money in hand for that super value Explorer thats was on SC last week, but the BlackBay 36 is tempting me from the pictures. It would mean having to let some TF watches go though. My other half says you only have one wrist, which is true - but doesn't make it any easier to consider. But she also says I have only got one pair of feet when I but another pair of brogues ;-)
I'm glad the Sinn is working out - I don't do dates on watches myself, but I have always found the watch attractive. Especially the hand set!
