Mini meet in Scottish service station Maccydees

Met waiteu2 (Craig) today on his way "oop north" and checked out his modern Patek and vintage Rolex. I brought along a couple of old Rolex I had lying around too.
Venue was outside a service station McDonalds, believe it or not it was better outside than inside.
We had a good old chat about Patek Phillipe, Rolex, cars, houses, you name it, lovely chap btw.
Anyway here's a photo of the watches, I left with one more than I arrived with.

An afternoon well spent with a great chap with some amazing watches. The Double Red and Milsub were both first's for me and reignited a love for vintage which i'd strayed away from.
The Patek's gone to a good home and forms part of a dream collection so all's good.
Just need to start saving for that Milsub now!

    What happened next:

    "Hello honey, I'm home!"
    "How was your day?"
"Brilliant! I met a man at the motorway services"
    "You WHAT???"

Nice addition to a very impressive collection. You're gonna need a bigger safe mate.
