    Butter, chopped garlic and shallots, white wine, parsley and cream- omnomnom. Then again in the shellfish stakes scallops from the Irish Sea take some beating. And my spaghettini a la vongole made with small sweet English cockles is better than the traditional version made with bigger clams.
