Black bay 36 or new explorer for me. Daytona C caught my eye too but not a Daytona fan in general.

I've been thinking about it for months now. Have changed my mind several times from Fortis 595 to Breitling colt, to Seiko turtle, to Longines Hydroconquest. Lately I'm considering the Tudor BB blue, don't know if I must wait for the new version with the in house movement, though, or the Tudor BB 36mm. Don't know why it is so hard to decide this time. Probably because nothing excites me that much.

I think the basic package was 700ish euro's + VAT if you're in the EU. Mesh bracelet and Crepas Isofrane type strap are extra. At the time Euro to GBP was 1.41 so it worked out great. They only ran the ordering window for 2 months and I think they're going to make 303 in total. Suspect they'll be a few coming up for sale used quite quickly as it really is going to be a large and polarising watch.

    Longines Triple Date Moonphase Chronograph

Probably going to get it in a week or two from some London AD. After having been wearing the clean BB for so long, I really wanted to get a watch with lots of complications in my collection. Think it is the cheapest watch that can be gotten with this many complications and that I liked.

The only thing that concerns me is the width of the thing and I'll have to see whether I can stomach it. Also, the service cost seems really steep from their website at 400 quid or something stupid so I'll have to ask about that.

The one after would probably be the Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 18 if I can find a decent price for it.

Lovely size, 'vintage' but not tacky, thin, plexi glass and a rather nice Peseux 7001. And it doesn't cost a fortune.

What would be your potential new watch? Are there any new models that sparkle your 'I need this' thoughts these days?

    Cheers,

I looked at the website but could find how much a fortune it isn't!.....so how much are they?.

They are usually ordered direct from Dornbluth, and you can expect to wait @ 12-14 months whilst your watch is built.
