I could do with following a few more real people - too many companies shmoozing around on IG...could even cope with following one or two accounts which aren't 100% watch photos..... I'm same there as I am here: DerAmf

I've plenty of Facebook and Twitter accounts, but the instagram is purely because I like looking at watches, and like taking pictures of my own. I'm not sure if that's crap or not, but I imagine to someone who doesn't care in the slightest about watches, posting photos of them on instagram is roughly speaking as ridiculous as posting thousands of times on a watch forum.

Apparently I have an Instagram account but there are only 8 pics on it although one of these is of donuts - my eldest on the other hand is chatting on it all the time - didn't even know that was a thing - Facebook is for old people according to him.

Mine is garysmithphoto . Some watch photography, still life, coffee geek stuff and a bit of landscape. Not been on it long but try to update regularly, some wrist bling to go up later in the week as been waiting for them to be seen in print first.

I only use instagram for instrument/gig related pics. I wouldn't be posting pictures of my Rolex on there as it would be considered gauche in my industry. Happy to share if anyone is interested.

Just read that Instagram is about to move to nonchronological feeds, so that will be another social media platform ruined in the name of giving more attention to them that hath already got attention, and taking away even that which they hath from those that hath no attention. Marvellous.
