Need a little PC advice please...

Hi... I've been given some files which are zipped up with 7 Zip (in fact they are presets for use within Adobe Lightroom) but I'm having problems with unzipping them. When I try to unzip them with &Zip file manager I get the following error message

Can not open 'c:\Presets\Desaturated HDR.lrtempleate' as archive

In truth this is beyond my technical level (I was OK up until MSDOS 6.22 but it all went a bit silly with Windows) but many years experience of experience with computer problems leads me to immediately assume that it's me that's doing something wrong. I would be grateful for any advice.

    http://www.7-zip.org/ Install the right version.
Easy unless they were not zipped properly.

Does this happen when you use the extract here button instead of extracting inside the 7zip window

Hi... From that "Extract Here" point all I get is the error message already quoted. I even copied the file into the 7 Zip folder but got the same result.

Other people who have had this issue have had success by re-downloading the file, using a different program such as WinRar may also help.

I am using 7Zip instead of winrar for it has great functionality and it also has easy to extract files...
