BBC3 - The Fast and the Farmer-ish. Young farmers from the four nations in tractor driving challenges. Utterly hilarious.

Ash vs Evil Dead on Netflix.

Carries on 30 years later with Bruce Campbell as Ash and it’s created by Sam Raimi. Completely tongue in cheek and full of blood & gore. It’s great!

I recommended Inventing Anna to my missus although I didn't think it was my cup of tea, turns out we're both hooked!
Julia Garner (Ruth Langmore in Ozark if you didn't know) is a fantastic actress.

Also, has anyone watched White Gold; very funny comedy series set in the 1980s about the double glazing industry with a great soundtrack too

Thanks for the heads up. My wife and I have binge watched all three series this week.
One of the best things I've seen. Gutted they don't plan on making any more.

Severance- On Apple TV is a quirky weird one, quite clever concept, in the future you can have a procedure to separate your work and private lives, when you are at work you have no memory of your out of work self and vice versa.
    Cheers..

Four Lives was also very good and sad and well worth a watch. My girlfriend and I binge watched all three episodes in one sitting

    Anyone been watching Chloe?

It's pretty weird, but somehow compelling. We had to binge through and get to the end to try and work out what was going on

I had high hopes with the Line of Duty connections but, having forced myself to watch to the end of episode 2, I wasn’t engaged/interested enough to continue. Disappointed!

I do not what you mean particularly with the LoD connections but bear with it as after all of the initial explosions, there’s a good plot that unfolds.

Just watched the first episode of Picard, season 2 starts tonight on Amazon Prime.

    One word.

    Wow!

Stunning opener to the season, they relly look to have ramped this up to the max.
So clever my foot fell off.

OMG OMG OMG! ( said in Homer style voice) purposely holding back on this as want to watch a few in one sitting!

Currently binging Yellowstone, it's like a wild west Succesion!

I think it's the part Kevin Costner has always wanted to play. It's a bit far fetched, but ultimately entertaining (IMHO)

    Anyone else hooked by it?

    John

Yes. Both myself and my wife (who is not a great fan of violent shows) loved it. Watched all series and waiting for more. Costner is good, but Beth steals the show from time to time.

FFS! Navigating the episodes of Hanna - to watch Series 1 ep1

I must have navigated to Series 3 by mistake and started watching that............. Struggling to understand it, resorted to IMDB for the storyline.....................

Jeez! What a donkey! I've now watched 3 episodes in series 3 and discovered my error !!!!!

    Grrrrr!

Indeed: Reacher is good. And as always with Prime series: the music is spot-on.

Yep, love Yellowstone. If you can get hold of it 1883 is a spin off series and is about how it all started and is as good (if not better imo)

Started watching Same Sky on all 4. Quite good though only a couple of episodes in.
Has a very Deutschland 83 vibe to it.

I really like The Ipcress Files on ITV last night. Joe Cole had really big shoes to fill playing Harry Palmer (played by Michael Caine in the original film), but I thought he did an excellent job, in this Cold War spy thriller.

Really enjoying it. Loved the books and loved Michael Caine's Harry. This is a worthy addition.

Hidden Assets on BBC has been good it’s a 6 parter and had some nice twists in it.

Also just finished Traces. Series 1 was very good from episode 3 and series 2 wasn’t bad. Not as strong as series 1 though.

I have just finished 'Archive 81' on Netflix.

It was good, but not great. It started well, very dark and sinister but then seemed to wain and get more daft as it went on. In the end I just wanted to get it finished and move onto something else.

It has a similar theme to Stranger Things, but with an adult cast in lieu of kids and a religious/cult undertone. 7/10 for me.

Season 2 of Picard shaping up very nicely.

No spoilers here, but so far episodes 1 and 2 have been excellent.

Thanks for the tip, a big favourite of my wife (and I quite enjoy it too, which is a bonus).

PS on the flipside, I'm really not 'feeling' the latest Killing Eve series...

Hardly new but I am watching the rerun of the classic ITC 1967 series The Prisoner on the Horror channel.

    Absolutely wonderful.

Thanks to those that suggested Mr Inbetween on Disney...absolutely cracking...real shame there's only 3 seasons

About 4 episodes in to Archive 81 and is really class, different.
Someone else above said it lost its way at the end but I'm not there yet.
