Worth persevering I think, the recent finale was pretty epic, in a no holds barred melodramatic way. Next stop 1944 apparently.

My wife’s jaw hit the floor when I told her that the other night then it hit the floor again when she remembered who Les Dennis was.

Clearly Columbo-influenced from the title design onwards, I enjoyed the first season of Poker Face...

...and have just watched the first episode of the second season. It's light, but exquisite.

This season's opener, directed by creator Rian Johnson, offering near-Shakespeare levels of mistaken-identity comedy.

Have a look at Russian Doll, if you’ve not already done so, also starring Natasha Lyonne. Marvellously sweary, loopy, comedy drama.

Good to know so will do, currently started watching Astrid in Paris, The Following with Kevin Bacon and The Fall with Jamie Dornan, all very good so far.

Not to be taken too seriously, but we’re enjoying Mobland

Not new, by about 50 years, but all 26 episodes of UFO are on Youtube in HD. Flippin' heck, them Moonbase birds though!

I’ve recently discovered and been hugely enjoying Ripper Street on Amazon.
So clever my foot fell off.

I have a DVD set of Ripping Yarns wending its way (you'll never guess whose diaries I am currently almost at the end of).

Started and finished Yellowstone in 14 days.

Easy watch with some great characters.

Are the two other spin offs worth a look.

1883 is excellent. Really hard hitting emotionally at the end too.
1923 I’m 2 episodes in but that’s good too so far

Tomkinson's Schooldays was a favourite back in the day.

Long Way Home. Ewan and Charlie’s latest trip is on Apple now. First 2 episodes are pretty enjoyable.
