Been on here 5 months and.......

I started collecting watches about 5 months ago and to be honest the bug has really taken hold! I know I don't own the most expensive watches but stuck with ones I liked. I Think I have a diver problem ;)
This is my collection so far. Thanks to the guys on here for the advice given and no thanks to RJM25R for my addiction issue.

    Merry Christmas all.
    Gavin

I envy those who can collect both orange and black monsters without having a problem with this.

I think I'm on the cusp of a PRS36 - how are you finding it? Despite the dressy qualities it also seems have to a bit of cheek to it, which really appeals.

    Just the start Gav!

The ultimate weird thing on here is buying a watch, flipping it, missing it and BUYING THE SAME WATCH AGAIN!

You know it's really took hold when you buy the same watch you used to have, and you remember the serial number and it turns out you bought back the ACTUAL watch you sold x's months ago, and pay MORE than you sold it for!!!

I did that with an Aerospace once! Bought on here, sold it to someone on a car forum, bought it back a year later off eBay!!!!!!

It's an illness, I worry for you!

Really like it. It's been my favourite buy so far and also the watch that gets the most compliments.
It wears great and the blue hands look fantastic when the light hits them.

Yes I do think you need to be checked out as clearly there is something wrong with you.

Also you may need to look for help with your watch problem :)

    Hi Gavin,

Nice to have you with us .... with your diver addiction.
You've got a good collection going already - especially for just 5 months in.

You're going to need a Seiko 6309 diver for sure..... This is the classic Seiko diver and a good original one can still be bought for just a few hundred pounds.

It gets expensive from there though..!

    Hi there,

Thanks for the suggestion, it is definitely something I will look at! I have one space In my box so that may just do the trick! 😀

    Cheers Tony!
Love the Gshock, it's a nice change from my other watches.

I will definitely keep my eye out if your selling. I'm still in my hoarding stage, can't seem to part with any! 😀

Cheers guys, it's a great watch. Although it's highly polished, so I'm a little conscious when wearing it.

You have a confirmed case of the watch-pox, there is no cure. They say time is the best healer, but what if time was the disease?
