If you don't mind sub-titles try the Killing, (original not US) and The Bridge, both additive.
Not sure about the Killing, but first two series of The Bridge are on Netflix.

Told you, BLACKLIST!!!!
Last Kingdom (just finished watching it) and Code Black
Watched the first couple of eps of Last Panthers on Sky. Seems really good, will plough through the three I have recorded over the weekend.

I'd have Elementary on my list.
Narcos on Netflix is a good watch - a bit more 'documentary' than drama in parts, but still worth the time investment.
Blindspot has just started and maybe has some promise, but I'll reserve judgment on it.
If you haven't seen it, the West Wing is worth seeking out, as is The Sopranos.
I would definitely take a look at Capital which is on BBC Iplayer at the moment. More importantly read the book by John Lanchester afterwards.
Last Kingdom is excellent entertainment, although they've used historic license in relation to some of the events. You'll also need to find the first two or three episodes on Amazon as they've expired on the iPlayer now.
Fargo on HBO. The first season was great, and I think the second is even better.
