Hi All,
any ideas where to have two Citizen Aqualand diving watches (Citizen Aqualand/Promaster Analog AL0000-04E 200m Diver's) and costs?
I and my wife use these as back-ups for our suunto's.
Cheers,
Michael

I change the batteries in my dive watches and not had one flood on me yet. That's tempting fate I guess 😕
Just take your time. Clean the o-ring groove and very lightly grease the o-ring. You'll have done this done this type of thing loads of times with your dive gear anyway. Don't over tighten the case back when refitting. Some watches have tiny thin o-rings, they always make me nervous. If you get the back off and see the o-ring is starting to perish or you nip it when refitting the case back, then it's time to send back to Citizen with your tail between your legs.
Quite common to see people diving with two computers these days.
Have a look at the case back. I have an analogue Aqualand and on the back is etched "Don't open - service center repair only".
According to the guys at my local dive shop, you need to enter a code into the movement after a battery change, or it won't work!
My local "Timpsons" branch assured me they could do a battery change and ended up having to send the watch to Citizen when they failed to get it to start, (at their expense
fortunately!).
I think the previous visit to Citizen cost me about £80 for battery & seals with pressure test.
Good luck.
Bazz.
Cheers lads,
other thing is that the small dial maker needs to be calibrated (Zero'd).
8o quid and peace of mind sounds fair for three or more years.

Old post awakes :-)
Finally got around to asking citizen for a quote and got the reply that they have no more parts for these watches. Anyone know of any dive shops or watch makers that might be able to have a look and have that code as mentioned?
Thanks,
Mike
