Seiko Gen2 Chronograph

Picked up one of these today. Once upon a time I had a Gen1 and 2 spare crystals, sadly we have long since parted ways.

Does any of you kind folk know if crystals for these are still available? Out of interest I am also wondering if replacement movements are perhaps still on the shelf somewhere?

If you send it to Seiko they will replace the crystal for you and, if you wish, provide a service etc. I have (issued to me) both a Seiko Gen 1 and Gen 2 and always send them to Seiko UK when required; they always come back perfect and are reasonably priced.

To update those who may be interested..

I've just been on the phone to a nice lady from Seiko in Maidenhead.

£42 + £6 postage for a new crystal, seals, battery and pressure test.

Very impressed with that.
