This car featured on a Jay Lenos garage. I watched it on his youtube channel just the other day. Beautiful.

Must be an age thing. To me that's utterly gopping.

It's absolutely lovely, and I admire the concept and workmanship, but I'm not sure that doing that to a 356 is right, simply because of their comparative scarcity.

Singer 911's are one thing, but their donor cars are relatively plentiful.

Each to their own, I suppose.

    36. I don't really think it's my age since there are 85 year old cars I think are gorgeous as well as cars on sale today.

There's just something about the 356 that turns me off. Maybe it's the overall jelly mould styling, the high greenhouse/body ratio, the 'face' that looks a little mentally disabled or the horrible way that the body is unresolved and cut off at the bottom edge particularly around the front.

The donor car for the Singer is the 964 C2 manual coupe - and they are not that plentiful.

    i think it looks awesome - very Pan-American 😀

I don't think he means the incredibly rare RUF version with the brake pad and boot sticker upgrade though.

I wish 964 C2 Manuals were plentiful as I'd have a couple - getting very difficult to buy anything aircooled and 964s are the flavour of the month
