    Pierce Brosnan

Don't ask how I stumbled on a Pierce Brosnan photo but do we think he still wears an Omega Seamaster he made famous as Bond, looks very familiar....

Since when has wearing a pair of shorts become nude/nearly nude/ topless etc?

oh that's right, since the sheeple follow daily mailesque terminology.

I don't think he has a knife, he just pleased to be in the news.

All you long timers are getting grumpy, perhaps you need a break, you've seen it all before. Let the noobs have a chance to some silly chat. It's becoming evident in most threads opened by someone without Master status....

You're right, it is a little bit 'so what'. I wish I'd never bothered to be honest.

He's been spotted/papped many times over recent years wearing "the Bond", which I think is pretty cool actually.

  12. #12
Almost certainly in Kauai where he has a house along with countless other celebs. I was on a flight out of there when he was on board with his wife and son. Let's just say I was surprised at the wife....

Based on your analysis then, how few posts should someone have before it's OK not to like a thread?

True, Brosnan seemed perfectly good at the time, until Criag came along and changed the rules. Goldeneye and Casino Royale were both directed by Martin Campbell though, so there's more continuity than you might think.

Very true and I suppose you can say that about all of them except Dalton, each to their own but EON with Craig has taken it to new level IMO.
They have just finished shooting Spectre and he has one more on his contract so it will be interesting to see who's next.

Given that Brosnan appeared in a number of Omega adverts promoting various Seamaster models (and De Ville also, if I'm not mistaken), you'd hope he's got a drawer full of them!

He's just signed up as a brand ambassador for Speake-Marin so the drawer will be even bigger...

To be fair, neither are spring chickens and like lots of people, she's put on some weight since he married her.

Why's he expected to be with some skinny, thick as shit 20 something supermodel? Perhaps he appreciates more in life than a trophy wife (certainly he impressed me with his dedication to his previous wife during her illness)?

This thread is reading like a PH thread where everyone proclaims that their wife is actually an East European lingerie model... ho hum...

    The claim..

    The most likely reality...

True, but that shaky documentary camera thing got old really really fast, while Bond lives to fight another day.

What was this thread about again? Something to do with partial nudity I think.

I agree, I think Brosnan holds up well along with Craig and Connery despite having the disadvantage of some sub-par writing (remember the invisible car?).

    That's the rumour.

I was at the cinema and saw the trailer for Spectre at the weekend, seemed a bit low key. No sign of a watch although the sunglass's fans will be keen to know he's sporting Persol's this time. The film is out late October.

That's certainly a rumour but I have a sneaky suspicion DC will extend his contract and complete 2 more after Spectre.

I saw him coming off set at Pinewood Studios around Easter time and he was definitely wearing an Omega Seamaster on a black and grey striped NATO, as per the film's first promo poster.

The worst writing is without doubt in Casino Royale. Good performances from all the actors, back to the source storyline, one of the best opening sequences ever with the parkour running through the construction site and a script straight from Mills and Boon.

Agreed about the opening scene - one of the best ever ending with Bond holding a gun to the bomb makers head and surrounded by embassy guards.

Second only to the Nicholas Cage Wicker Man as the worst remake of all-time.

No Persols I'm afraid - Tom Ford again sadly (who of course like to rip off brands)

If you look carefully when he talks to Q he is playing with the Omega black / grey Nato in his hands (Seamaster Master Co-Axial).

Believe one of his two watches has a major role in the film Bronsnan style but quote me on that, just a rumour (I avoided the leaks)
