This had potentially made it's way to the chopping block - but now I'm not so sure!
This arrived this morning and I am really rather chuffed with it. I had a similar watch as a boy and have had a WTB for a Citizen 6501 with faceted crystal and emerald dial - and here it is! The strap has got to go - I am trying to get something period and stainless steel, possibly a restoration project.
I've just thrown this together - dial and hands from a 100 series, case from an 090 series, boris bezel, dagaz insert and a 22mm NOS Tropic.
Perfect holiday beater
