Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but here goes.

New watch, not been dropped (as far as I know). It's got a mineral crystal, which has marks within the crystal; they're only visible from certain angles, in certain light, but they're like waves radiating out from one point-always the same point, regardless of what direction you're looking at the watch from.

What are they? Manufacturing flaws, which don't affect anything? An indication the crystal had been hit by something or dropped?

I suppose what I'm asking is do I live with this, or is it a sign the crystal might fail and worth changing the watch for? It's a £150 Orient, so I can live with a minor cosmetic defect if it is just cosmetic.
