Fundamentally it works, however.
- Some of the plastic mouldings are fragile. WE don't use it much and have already had a replacement waste water container and I had to lean on them to get that under warranty.
- The detergent reservoir is part of the clean water reservoir but the seal between the two isn't working and the former is leaking into the later. Yet to summon the strenth to phone them about this.
- The machine does not self clean it's ducts and consequently smells and we therefore now keep it in the shed.
- Poor cable stowage.
- And just generally a bit plasticy and ill thought-out.
**** me! This reads like the GQ Christmas Gift issue!

Let's hope they live up to their excellent reviews cos I've just ordered one. There must be a few lurking in the pockets of TZers
Yes, I think there's some truth in that. I bought a pair of their Goretex walking boots which after four years of winter abuse are still going strong. Conversely I bought a pair of boat shoes from them which fell apart after only a few months of light wear, they refunded though with no quibble.
I think they have multiple sources of manufacture and some are obviously better than others.

Surprised: higher-spec Xperia phones. Had 3 and they're all brilliant, I keep the second one as a spare
Unimpressed: iPad. Fine to use, browser not up to much, home key sticky. OK, but I don't get the hype, and it certainly didn't leave me feeling all creative
Disappointed: BMW from the mid-2000s on. Even a 2014 750i hired in the US on a junket left me completely cold

I have to agree with you on that one had my mac now for 2 years now and i have been through at 4 chargers i dont abuse them in any way either i even tape the wire around the box so it wont bend but it still manages to break at the connection from box to mac ... the wire from wall to box is a non apple one and thats worked well over 3 years now :/ however when i toook my mac in last time the bloke said that if anything looked like it could break just before the end of the warrenty then bring it in and they would change it ... i have yet to try this but something tells me it wont work
