Show me your Bell & Ross

I know Bell & Ross gets some stick and has a divided following on TZUK but for all the fans like me, please share your pics :)
Attached is my BR 126 Original Carbon.

    Thank you

I loved my BR02, but alas that went to fund a PAM25.

However, I recently picked up this Aviation to fill a hole in my collection...

My daily beater, type deminuer ETA Quartz, designed for the French bomb disposal unit, with 200m wr and 5 year battery.
Bought it new for £800 in 2008, 7 years on and still the original battery

I have a white Hydromax, the same as a previous poster. Currently on rubber for the summer season though. The Demineur that was previously posted is so damn cool, I've thought about getting one a few times but just too similar to the Hydro to justify it.

This thread needs a bump! Here's my steadfast 123 Geneva. Smashing watch and I really must get round to a full post about it sometime :)

520s picked up via a trade after missing it on SC. Not wearing it nearly enough as I should given it has a lovely vintage feel.

I have a BR-03 92 heritage . Ive had it 4 years and only worn a few times . I just cant take to it . I found the strap a bit stiff so put it on a metal strap , then a silicone and a steveostrap and I just don't like feel of it . I think im gunna get a solo xl instead .

A timely thread resurrection, as I picked this up on the weekend thanks to a PSA in sales corner (I find it hard to resist a good discount!)

The BR03 has always been something I've been tempted by, but still am suprised by how much I'm enjoying it! Maybe its the fact that its so far outside of my normal comfort zone, but i get a great sense of enjoyment every time i look at it!

Currently on a B&R rubber strap picked up from SC, came with a superb Green/Grey leather and a black nylon velcro strap. With these 3 all bases are covered.

Legability is amazing - can be read with just a glance at any angle.

Love this French brand for their Joie de vivre. This is quite restrained, but an ace watch

This pic looks a smidge more “edc” than really intended... it was taken to celebrate finding my lost bantam today :)

Just found a new super-macro mode on a camera I’ve had for a long time! I like the semi- fisheye look, and the fact that the lens is so close to the watch that you can see the lume in daylight

What’s the strap Justin? Looks good!

Any excuse to show mine, as I’m a great fan of B&R

    Thanks Dave

It's one of the standard Camille Fournet for Bell & Ross fait main straps, seven holes and curved lugs. This one is the "dark brown alligator strap, ecru stitching", ref B-A-015. It has great chestnut and grey tones, and unusually the skin is orientated with the finer pattern at the lugs, radiating out to the larger scales at the ends of the strap. They're out of stock at B&R, so I was pretty happy to find one nos last week. Really changes the look of the Geneva :)

Yours are looking great, as ever.

    :j

    I’ve had a few B&R watches.

    01-92 Carbon
    01-94 Ti Orange LTD
    03-92 Military Green Ceramic
    01-92 Carbon Fibre LTD

The only one I have left is the 01-92 Carbon Fibre, which I did put up for sale elsewhere, then decided I would regret it, so kept it. They are fantastic watches, relatively thin, easy strap changes, highly legible.

This is my only Bell and Ross. As hard to read as a professional poker player whilst wearing welding goggles. Makes the Chronograph pointless. But I still like it.

I owned and enjoyed this Type Demineur for a while, but could never really get to grips with the white dial and traded it for something else.

Anyone have any thoughts on the black ceramic BRS?

Other than it's quartz and probably overpriced?

Yes, I think I posted about it in another thread recently. I owned it for a while and think it's very nice. The case is very nicely finished and the size is spot on for me. Nice and flat too. It's also a chronometer rated HAQ movement, so not just any old quartz.

So not overpriced at all I think, but due to it being a B&R you'll still take a bath if you want to sell it on.

I like this aesthetically, uncluttered, a nice simple classic look.
