I've had the Longines Legend Diver on this week... as glossy a dial as you'll ever see and it really is a fantastic thing to look at. Really draws you in to its silky depths! This is a truly classic watch.

Its a difficult one to snap, as its just so reflective – an odd this about the design is that it appears much rounder than other watches to my eye... I know that sounds odd, but it just seems a perfect circle when you look at it face on. Any other owners notice that??!!!

    The strike is over... phew!

I cannot lie, as it did require a blast from the iPhone LED to make it so bright!

Morning all. Beautiful sunny morning and I'm enjoying my 1969 Speedy, complete with stepped dial, hairlines all over the crystal and (er) "polyamide" strap.

    Have a great weekend.

Worn the Blue Mako all week.
A first for me, a work colleague bought the same watch on my recommendation, fortunately he is chuffed with it! Hopefully this will reduce the number of battery changes I help him out with.....and he is already looking at another auto, a Seiko 5. Methinks the virus may have taken hold.
