Put this up before, but am really taken with it - keeps surprising me how good it looks in the daylight!

Aquaterra teal dial in strong sun in my office. Love the way this dial changes with the light.

Picked this up from James at a sale with £50 to the fundraiser. It’s been In the closet for a while but took a hike yesterday with the kids.

Stuck this on a mesh, ideal beater. Second hand is very close the markers and bezel aligns (although I’ve just noticed it’s one click out).

Not bad for under £200, although double the price of Divex or Apeks watches equivalents (so an extra £100 for a different colour dial!).

Whilst in work, I noticed the early evening Sun just catching the Seiko.

New addition which I absolutely love, in the sun after a 4 hour webex meeting. 42mm, titanium case, combined with gold hands against a sandwich dial. The perfect Panerai?

That looks a tad refreshing, what is the recipe? NATO works well.

That was just a Whitley Neill Pink Grapefruit Gin, with Waitrose Sugar Free Tonic with some frozen raspberries. Big blocks of ice is essential for me, so it doesn’t melt quickly. Nice and simple and less calories than an ice cold beer.

These look like great little watches. I was looking at getting one recently when I was in the market for an inexpensive automatic field watch.

In the end I went with a Boldr Venture, as I already have a Seiko 5 in the collection.

    But yours looks great!

Cheers, buddy. It's a fun purchase for me, intended to be my 'lockdown watch' (more of a lockdown memento now, probably, as the shipping took four weeks). Not my first Seiko 5, but the first one with 7S26. Wears great and goes well with every 18mm strap I have.
