The yellow dial on my wrist giving Mr Sun a run for his money today (Orient Star 'Revolver).

Mrs Sish and I enjoying a very well earned break in Lanzarote while son house sits. After the wet grey week we've just had at home, this heat is taking some getting used to.

My new acquisition in (rare) June sunshine! The colours made me smile... surprisingly colourful for a watch originally designed during the soviet era.

Fabulous looking watch, always wanted one, but I fear a little small for me.

O&W Mirage III briefly into the sun, then back into the relative cool of the shade.

Given the heat, do we need a thread ‘watches in the shade’.?

It's referred to as the "Dime MD limited edition", according to my information a run of 50 watches especially made for a japanese lifestyle magazine. The case is supposedly RG plated but detailed information is hard to find, unless possibly one can read japanese which I cannot. It does not have a Seiko reference number.

    Love that
