    It's referred to as the "Dime MD limited edition", according to my information a run of 50 watches especially made for a japanese lifestyle magazine. The case is supposedly RG plated but detailed information is hard to find, unless possibly one can read japanese which I cannot. It does not have a Seiko reference number.
