    1965 grail

It doesn't seem that there were many British military watches made in 1965, but I managed to chase down a birth year watch at last.

Congrats, a very nice watch. Rare too, only a handful known about?

    Not for sale

Just a quick post that may sound a bit grumpy, but hey take it as you will.
After a few requests to sell this watch from here I'd like to state that it isn't for sale, if it was it would be in a different part of the forum. It is a birth year watch,do the maths, an important one, a present from friends and family and therefore not likely to ever be for sale.

    Nice watch.

I understand it's not for sale? Is that true? :-)

Difficult to tell from the picture but the case looks very similar to the Record military.

Hardly Eddie, as they are in an EPSA Compressor case ;-)

You can't see that it's a compressor case from the front ;-)

patina is evenly matched which is nice. I don't like it if there is a big mismatch.
