Stolen / Lost IWC 3717-01

I must say, I've been late on the uptake to do this.
Anyone following my thread:

Will know I have had my IWC scammed from me, it's a 3717-01 and the serial number is 5001675. It should be a loose watch as I've still got the box and papers!

The guy who was, or still is, in possession of the watch is called Brad and is from the Brickett Wood area, formally Pinner.

Does anybody know if IWC have a lost and stolen register?

I know it's been a long time since your post but I just saw it and since I haven't seen an answer I decided to take action. It seems that IWC has an internal register of stolen and lost watches (see this topic for all the details: http://www.iwc.com/forum/en/discussion/53156/).

Any situation updates? Did you manage to get the money after all?

Thank you. It was kind of you to look in to it :)
I have put the watch on IWC's stolen register. I won my case but as yet, no money has been forthcoming!
(He basically doesn't have any!).
Ho hum and all that, worse things happen to nicer people everyday!

Are you not able to now get bailiffs/sheriffs in to recover the sum owing? Based on his job he has one asset straight off they can take. People often seem to find the money when it comes to that point.
