3 incoming in one week. :)

Well this has been a good week. :)
I don't think anyone has missed that I like SEIKOs.

I started of the week by receiving the SII. A rare and for me very interesting watch.

two days ago I received this:

The LE 1/1200 SBGV009 which is sold with both leather and 5-piece bracelet. As you may know this is a tribute model to the GS "Selfdater" from the 60s. It has the 9F movement (+-10 seconds/year).

I really like this model. It wears great on the bracelet. Size is moderate @ 37,2 x 10,5mm, but it looks bigger due to the lug shape.

Hopefully I will receive my third SEIKO today, and if not, I'll be picking it up on Monday. :)

They are all very nice, congratulations. To me the best one is the last one.

Forgive my ignorance, whats the story behind the SII? I think I remember something about it being made by Seiko, but one of the only unmarked ones?

Love the GSes though. Theres a simple elegance and understated air about them, great choices and congrats.

made by the SII SEIKO factory and probably sold or given to the staff to celebrate the 1997 anniversary, but I'm still waiting for information from SEIKO.

Balls. I read the thread title, went to look at the pretty pictures before reading the text. Now, I'm pretty ignornant when it comes to the GS range, thinking they often all look alike, but I was really stuck this time trying to see the differences between what I thought was watch #2 and watch #3! 5 minutes of scrolling back and forth wasted.

The SBGV009 is utterly stunning. If you ever think of letting it go please keep me in mind.

the SII is lovely too, looking forward to hearing what Seiko have to say on it.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but this looks equally as good from the back.

The SBCM023 is close to perfection, unfortunately on the small side for myself.
My wife has one that she wears on a woven strap,

At first I thought it was way too small, but I think I can get used to it.

Nice work Johan! Regarding the SBCM: Did you get it with the original SS bracelet?
Otherwise I have one in my drawer...

The GS and the SBCM are from Japan, the SII was a gift from a fellow WIS.
theGS is great! I love 5 piece bracelet and the case wears great. The dial is silver but shifts in color depending on light source.
