Here's mine on a papaya Toshi.
i like this watch both on the bracelet and on leather.its the only watch in my collection that changing from one to another gives such a change in character.on the bracelet is a big chunky tool watch,on leather its the understated classic look.
Might have to keep an eye out for one of these in the future, they do look nice on the different straps.
Ian
Took it off the Pav leather today and onto Eddie's dark grey nato:
That new grey nato does it again, big thumbs up from me.
Had mine on the grey and black natos recently, and both really suited the watch.
Find me a strap the Everest doesn't go with!
I thought it looked fine. :)
Reason I didn't keep it was the strap was too long for me.
^^^^The colour and grain are lovely but it's so thin it doesn't fill the lugs so all you can see is metal and this huge head.
I agree too, would work if it was thicker, like a Di-Modell Jumbo.
My Everest was used and came (on its bracelet) with a Jumbo in the box, but I put it on a Hirsch (forget which one now) I already had and forgot all about the Jumbo until I was thinking of a leather strap for my B1 and then remembered I had 'something' in the Everest box - The B1's been on it ever since!
Anyone got a shot of an Everest on a Di-Modell Jumbo?
M.
Not that its much use here, but a little note on the TF ostrich grain straps - the version you can buy in the store is a lot thinner than the version that comes with the PRS-20c. A shame as thats 24mm wide - because the thickness would look better on the Everest than the other version. Just some random info!
I've been wearing mine on a black Isofrane for the last week or so, and it's just superb. Possibly the most comfortable watch/strap combination I've ever worn. I'll try and get a few photos later.
A member of my staff is moving to a new job, I wanted to thank him for his long and hard service - he really deserved the recognition. What better than a long service watch! I offered him the choice of three of Eddie's finest, the PRS-18, a Seafire and an Everest. He chose the Everest and it arrived today, courtesy of Eddie's usual exemplary speedy dispatch. He's 25 and never worn a watch before, although he's put up with me going on about them for six years. Perhaps the inner WIS will now emerge?
I thought I would take the opportunity while he's still here, of grabbing a couple of quick and dirty pics of the related watches we're wearing today - I can't remember seeing a side by side shot before. They're both excellent watches but only one of them represents massive value for money. :) Being a strapping chap, the larger Everest looks perfect on his wrist, while my Explorer was just rather puny.

Anyone tried one of these on a Bund?
Still loving my everest currently being worn on a di modell rallye in brown, i wear it in rotation but to my disappointment this morning i noticed it is running very fast (about 2mins a day)
I have decided to monitor before speaking to Eddie, it is still under warranty so no worries there but it seems very odd?
Watch is now back to its perfect self after a spot of demagnetisation, to celebrate i treated it to a strap that is a firm favourite of mine a Hadley Roma oil tanned white stitched leather strap
I have had one of these on my Sarb for a long time and i have been checking Weston constantly waiting for the 22mm to cone back into stock
It is thinner than the Hirsch liberty which i prefer and it softens to one of the most comfortable straos i have ever owned (and that is a lot)
Photos to follow...
After being redirected on photobucket a billion times to a RPG app and very nearly launching my phone down the garden i have decided you will have to take my word on the strap

I've had mine for three and a half years now and wear it half of every week, although I've never use it for more than a couple of days ever on the bracelet.
So, I'm giving the bracelet a go for a good month. It's a very different beast on its bracelet (I have a 6.75" wrist):
After just a few days I'm loving it Rod, can't believe I've left it to long. As I've said many times here, it was the raised centre links on the end pieces that I thought made it look too big overall but I just don't seem to be noticing that now. The bracelet is one of the best I've had too.
You know what's good about this watch?
Everything. :)
One of my firm favourites from Eddie's range, always preferred it on the bracelet after an initial fling with a chunky DiModell. 39mm case as originally planned by Eddie would have been even sweeter but oh well.
Cheers Eddie, it turned up earlier :-
On a Hirsch Grand Duke that I had kicking about.
Hello, any pics with "Bond" or "real Bond" NAto straps? ;-)
Only 6 left in stock now and then at least a 3 month wait for the next batch.
Eddie
Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Ah ah ah!!! I've done my duty to reduce the stock... My second Everest arrived today already... I think I've come just in time ordering it... ;-)
There has been only one batch by now or more? And, if we can know, how many Everest's around? ;-)
(Thanks Eddie for this wonderful watch).
It's made by italian manufactures "Bros" http://www.brostrap.com/web/uk/home.asp , don't know the name of this model nor I was able to find it on their present online catalogue, I bought it some days ago and I think it's a new model. It's a medium thickness no-stitching leather strap, in black or light brown. ;-)
I took a few photos tonight.
I'm definitely not a photographer, and my phone is not the best available, but here goes...
Quite possibly the most comfortable watch/strap combination that I've ever worn
