GWF 1000RD-4
I've got a gx56 and it's bloody huge on. Not one for small wrists. Very comfy though and looks pretty cool on.
The illumination is spot on for my Night shifts, on the GWN-1000
I have this well-used example (up and through the Andes by mountain bike including a nasty accident)
And these, including my well-beaten 5600 :-)

I'm loving your posts of the more unusual g shocks deepsea_dweller. Keep it up!
^ That does look good. Did the seller pay for the costs in the end?
Thanks Possu. No, the seller (Dimitar Adamski aka 'Mitadoc') contributed nothing but sarcastic comments and dismissal.
It was just what i was looking for but did not think existed. Totally analogue dial (no digital read out), atomic timekeeping, solar powered and all in a package no bigger than my 6900. I also wanted a different coloured case and this steel version looks different enough for me. It's nice and light but still feels substantial.
G-Shock for my Lake District trip.

Some extremely cool G's within this thread!
