I have an old solar gshock

I have looked online but cannot find any links for the strap.

Anyone know of a place that has old links and the like

I can only suggest calling Casio. They probably won't have anything but at least you'll know for sure. After that I guess it's down to eBay.

I sold my GW-5000, but ended up missing a square G-Shock in the collection so I grabbed a GMW-B5000V from the sales corner.

Seems like the best place to ask, where am I best looking for one like these above I’ve always wanted a frogman got to be solar atomic I’m not too fussed on which colour etc but those 2 look fantastic. The prices on eBay seem wild anywhere from a couple of hundred into thousands, not too worried about immaculate condition etc it’s more to scratch an itch never seen any come on on SC during my passive mooching.

The top one is a GWF-D1000B and is a regular model still available from Casio.
There is a used one very cheap on a Swedish forum right now: https://klocksnack.se/threads/frogman-gwf-d1000.118959/

The other one is a 2017 limited edition part of the ”Gold Tornado” series, GWF-D1035B-1JR.
This one is probably very hard to source now outside of ebay etc and will cost a fair bit. I paid around £900 for mine NIB from a EU based AD last year but since they seem to be sold out at ADs the prices have gone up.

Thanks so much, if you’re a member of that forum and wouldn’t mind sorting the arrangements etc I’ll buy it , I had found a few on eBay but didn’t know if they where genuine or had case swaps to make them look like something they weren’t. It’s harder than buying a used Rolex lol, there is a magma one I’ve been looking at too this could prove to be a very expensive itch

Cancel last, I’ve just won the magma one lol obviously if you’ve already sourced the other one I’ll still take it. I’m all excited now lol

Just read this, congrats on your incoming Magma Ocean Frog, the GWF-10xx series wear a little more compact than the GWF-D10xx series.

The 3461 seems to be the best square g module Casio have done in ages. Much clearer and even the buttons seem larger than the tiny ones on the gwm5600 series.

Shame they hadn't done the buttons gold on this model, but otherwise a great 5600.

The metro here is actually pretty reliable this time of day but some deviances will always happen I guess.

I believe that this watch has bounced around the forum a few times.
Not sure why anyone would want to move it on?

It is allegedly a mod, made up of I believe 3 different models!
    Perfection for me

I had one of these before but it lasted a short while because of the elephant in the room...(it's bloody big)

However these were on offer last week at watchshop so i thought i would try again and i have 30 days to return.

I love the tech and will probably keep this one but i hope the second generation of these in a few years reduces the size a little.

Yes it’s a great big watch and that puts me off too. But the size of the actual watch face looks ridiculously out of proportion to me. It looks tiny. When you measure the dial, without the surrounding solar, what size does it measure? I know there must be a lot of tech inside but this is surely bezel overkill.

Has anyone tried the new GA-2100? I’ve hoofully got one incoming so will post impressions soon. It’s meant to be one of, if not the slimmest G yet.
