First day of wearing this one today. Before anyone comments, yes the strap is very tight. New watch, new strap and it's very stiff, so I'm wearing it uncomfortably tight today to try and bend the strap to my wrist shape!

Looks far nicer in real life than I can show in the photo. The light really reflects off the hands, numbers and chapter ring in a very pleasing way. Wish I could capture that in a photo.

But I got it used for a song, so it was hard to pass up. Quality is almost Sinn like, definitely equal to, say, Victorinox.

Thanks for the details. Do you know the model? The official site doesn't appear to show that one. It's like a mixture of several older style Breitlings - and all the best of those models rolled into one!

Yes, it's the 3288AC. The link I posted should take you right to the page for that model (at least it does for me). Click on the pictures to open a separate page for specific variants. The one I have came with the metal bracelet (far left in the composite picture).

    Sorry to all Invicta haters.
Today I wore the watch that started this WIS-madness for me.
The 9937 2824ETA rare "Swiss" dial version.

Wasn't planning on buying a watch until after March, but couldn't pass on this beauty at my watchmaker's shop.

That is beautiful. Stark simple perfect design. Love the sunburst silver dial. Can imagine that watch with that movement lasting a long time!

Usual temp/alti/baro features, but this one has a flip-up anemometer built in...

A weather station on your wrist. Of course, there's not a breath of wind today and I've no idea how to set it yet, but it seems to be working ok.
