This was incoming for about 3 hours at work today when a former England international footballer spotted my ECA Arctic Calypso Sport and refused to give it back when I let him try it, so I had to wear his…

Literally the only thing better about his is the value.

    My watch for ref!

Dear god, give that to me when you're done with it/if you ever lose your mind and choose to sell it.

    Beautiful.

Did it arrive in a corduroy bag?

Looks like a good boys day out, a cheeky beer to seal the deal
Two great watches there, I do like the blue Pelagos but can't justify one (yet) as I have a black, enjoy

Bought this as a holiday watch, but I really like it and it fills a void. I think I'll hang onto it longer term than that.

I had an Engineer Master II Diver TMT (catchy) a few years ago. Definitely an underrated brand - nice catch.

Two incomings for me this week, both hyped up plastic

Firstly, Moonswatch! First job was to swap the strap on to a MN:

    Next, Bamford x G-Shock:

Thanks. Bought it with the bracelet too but think the Green rubber is the optimum strap for this Diver.

Agree and would have also bought on bracelet and added the rubber at the same time.

Just arrived today. Another that could fall into the ‘too big for my wrist’ category and end up on SC soon!

I do love these, but having a 6.5 inch wrist I feel I'd suffer the same issue.

Not really, Raj, as this one doesn't have a monobloc case. It's the latest modern interpretation of the ref 6159, though.

Edit: Actually, I think only the MM300 had/has a monobloc case (and the 8L movement... shame).

Fresh in today from Uncle Alex

  40. #16940
New to me yesterday, it's the 44mm automatic version running on a Seiko ne88 and I must say I'm impressed.
285 amplitude plus 0s across the board on the timegrapher and after 14hrs on the wrist it's still spot on.

    Sent from a technical device.

This was delivered yesterday, just in time for the Friday thread.

    Very happy with it.

It’s light because of the titanium case and 41mm is a good size, not too big.

The colour is great for summer and I like that it doesn’t have any overt Mercedes AMG branding.

Impressions so far are good. Swapped the standard leather strap which has white stitching over to a Hirsch performance with rubber backing due to the sweaty weather.

This arrived few days back but saved opening until my birthday. Liked the look since seeing them a few years back and when they popped up in Yema’s summer sale for $499 and got the ok from Mrs T(!)
ordered and arrived in about 5 days. Including VAT and handling cost about £510 , just need to adjust strap and on the wrist shortly.

I really love this colour combo - not normally much into IWC, but that is superb.

Picked up a fun little watch from my watchmaker today. A tad too small for me but I am sure the Mrs will steal this anyways.
