What makes you say that? Looks fine to me.

I didn't mean the 24h hand, more below.

Set any full hour, with seconds and minutes pointing exactly at 12. If I'm right, the hour hand will be slightly behind, not exactly reaching the full hour. Try a couple of hours like that. If I'm wrong (which I might be, could be the parallax etc), good for you and congratulations.

I didn't imply at all that it might be a fake. Neither was I picking at Rolex. I got this habit of looking at hand alignment in pics when buying Seikos, but it's gone beyond that and now it's, well, a habit. I often ask sellers to check that for me and to send me photos if they're in doubt. Also, it doesn't bother everyone and on every watch equally.

Strange post. I can’t see anything wrong with them at all?

Incoming. So very excited! No one's ever got from "I think I quite like Doxa Subs" to actually buying one as quick as I just did, within 24 hours. Which is quite amazing, considering I can't really afford one right now. I have a feeling I still won't regret it though

Found it! Been looking since I foolishly sold the same about 3-odd years ago.
They more commonly pop up with the tachy bezel, but these minute marker ones are my fave…

A lovely thing, mine says hi.
There are three (maybe more?) rotating bezel variants, yours and mine are the usual dive style, then there's the minutes count down bezel and there's also a count down bezel with both minutes and hours. Been trying to find one of the latter two bezels for yonks!

Thanks to Tim (Ed875) for this one. Last of the quartz chronos with T dial and acrylic, and a new CWC ridged NATO to set it off.

    That's lovely.

This one arrived a couple of days ago. I really like it, but it's going off to Genesis for a full service on Saturday.

Unless I decide that I'd rather go 36mm (unlikely) it'll be a long term keeper.

Apologies, it was going to be one of the first and then things took a different direction as I was offered an SLGA013 so cancelled that order and went for that and this, which arrived earlier, instead. It is gobsmacking although I was gutted the one on SC was posted after my order!

Wearing this lovely homage to SLA025 ( read copy if you prefer)
Bought this because it came on a fitted Tropical strap which ofcourse went straight on my SLA025
But turned out to be a pretty good watch as well. Love the Seahunter dial

    HAGWE

PS- thought was posting on the Friday thread:-). But works here as well.

I stared at it for quite a while, wondering why I didn’t like the photo.
You’re right, there’s just too much white dial on display. The “GMT” hand breaks it all down

Thank you. It is getting quite a bit of wear!

Funnily enough, I have decided that I would only sell any of my watches to help fund a 36mm Explorer. The explorer would be the end game for me. My wrist wouldn’t cope with the 39mm but it’s a beauty and I can see why you’ll want to hold onto it. It’ll be worth the wait coming back from Duncan!

Thanks I love it the inky blue colours on the dial change vastly; it’s a watch from my wife so gets added to the sentimental pile of watches. My old 40mm TT black dial is just so dull in contrast. At the time I went for the safe choice; how wrong I was!

Nice, I really like these and did fancy trying one and regret not doing the same before the price increase. Never say never but I’ll probably not have another one now given the hike.
