That’s lovely, I’d never seen one of these, or heard of it, till the post/review the other day.
I started to look, discontinued, second hand prices heading skyward.

    Congratulations not envious ...
    much.!!

    Enjoy wearing it.

    Just picked this up.

First gold watch . When I saw the gold with the rhodium dial and strap I was sold .

Was concerned that the 36mm would be too small but it really isn’t for my wrists.

Thats a great combo, looks bigger than 36mm. You must have tiny wrists.

Do i spy some stickers still on the case?

Ahh that pictures angle makes them look smaller ! It’s not small.

Stickers still on, going on the Disney cruise today and the dealer was located 0.9 miles from the terminal so had to swing by , leave kids with wife in the car and quickly do the transaction. Have a very understanding wife who encourages my watch habit.

Haven’t peeled off the stickers yet but will do once I’ve got through security.

    That really suits you.

I wish they did a leather strap with end links for the DD40.

Picked this up in 36mm. Love it - the sizing is perfect. 41mm felt oversized and ill-proportioned.

Arrived this am. In total love. I'll get it out to Brendan for a service and light valet. The watch oozes quality despite I guess not being a 'proper' Breguet if that makes sense. But bang for the buck I'm delighted

I got mine back in April, tried on the 41 and 36 and like you much preferred the latter. Classic proportions! Have worn it every day since! Congratulations on a beautiful watch.

Arrived this morning from SC - an as new Helm Vanuatu. Initial impressions are very good. Tank of a watch that wears smaller than dimensions might suggest.

In this morning, some will scoff at the printed dial but it really does not bother me. Great everyday quartz I am hoping, my only quartz.

Such an excellent watch for so little, and easily equivalent to the Seiko SKX007. Has gained 1.5 seconds in its first day. Holiday watch I think.

I think you're right - i actually bought one to compare with the SKX having watched comparison videos on YT and the simple fact it hacks and manually winds gives it a massive head start.

I really like that. I’m looking for a quartz myself at the moment and only had eyes on a GS.

He is recommended on here as webwatchmaker. However due to the fact he would need to make special tools to service the Breguet it will be cheaper to send to Breguet

I was recommended by a watch mate that webwatchmaker is THE best indy by a mile in the UK. Regardless of anything that happened here I've been advised his work is exemplary

    Slightly unusual impulse purchase

Not my usual fare, given it seems to be missing strap lugs, but couldn't resist the urge

Apparently the crown on these was really tucked in so that it doesn’t get caught on a wetsuit.
