Very pleased - arrived from France about a day and a half after ordering it, and it's certainly a lovely retro style. Comfortable too, so all in all a welcome addition that I'm sure will get plenty of wrist time.

Sorry Ryan, I did a search of the forum first and could only find 3 posts which mentioned the model.

Really impressed with this, followed the development of it and it was just a matter of time!

    New But Not New

So after 4 months Longines finally fixed my watch. New case, Case back, Crystal, Hands, Movement. All but the dial and strap replaced lol.
They messed it up big time but eventually done the right thing. Ohh and I got a 3 year warranty

I had one of these Longines years ago, a very nice watch. What on earth happened to yours to warrant all those replacement parts

    Latest incoming.

  15. #11215
To put it short they butchered it on the first 2 attempts to service it. First attempt came back running like a bag of hammer's. Second time they absolutely wrecked the chronograph part's. Third time they just replaced virtually everything lol.

    It’s Pam 736.
It also happens to be number 1 of 300.
Which for some reason makes it feel even more special.

Was allocated this yesterday, bought it, was offered a hefty profit on it from a grey dealer, thought 'hell yeah who the heck wants a rainbow indice Breitling, easiest £2k I've ever made', decided to take one last look at it today before it goes, decided it is cool and now I'm keeping it.

£2k over retail for a Breitling won't happen often. I would have taken it and ran.

The black dial version seems to be going for £4k over retail!

    Red face

Ryan, I unashamedly love both Breitling and jazzy watches, but that’s just horrific. Take the cash and run! Seriously; it’s a novelty. Sell it while you can.

Beautiful, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a ‘Number 1’ numbered Limited edition before! Was that pure luck? Was it from an AD new, or used? Congrats! Pure class. I don’t know much about PAMs, so I don’t know anything about this or the cost, but it looks really great!

Just pure luck. A friend of mine bought it from an Italian AD.

With shaky hands I picked up my new watch over lunch break.

Will try not to look at it again until my birthday in December, so I didnt even bother setting the time on it.

This just arrived in the UK, and should be with me in Qatar in about a week. Fresh from the Bonham's Making Waves Seiko auction.

I have two watches coming in from continental Europe (which considering Covid might take a while), and have plans to sell off my current stock and make them my only two if I like them as well as I think I will (only tried one of them in the flesh). Consider this a tease!

As I said in the other thread, great looking watch. I bought the black but would have been happy with that as well.
