What a belter this is. Do you mind me asking if you paid list? I love the shadow too but this is the first "live shot" I've seen of either. Such a stunner.

Thanks for the compliment :) You might be thinking of the a384, which I also love- this is the defy with the 1/100th second chrono and is 44mm rather than the 37mm a384 and a384 shadow. I was torn between the two- and both wear well on my 7 inch wrist- but I got a good deal on this one and the complication swung it for me in the end.

Ah I did think there was something a bit different about it. Thanks for explaining. I still love it either way!

It probably is. I know the special sets come with a spare black strap as well.

Just in today. I've not seen it in the flesh yet so my other half kindly obliged with a picture after a quick strap change.

Oh it is! Bezel 10x better than the 017. Case material and finish not even comparable. No more unrepairable dia shield. The strap is phenomenal too!

It was Irish Ger that I bought this one from, he had a few watches in the one post so you may have missed it. Its a 960, the 42mm version.

This absolutely stonking bit of Sinn titanium loveliness. Never even heard of it before, let alone seen one... just made a blind “go on then” acceptance to a trade offer on my Seawolf, and I’m mega pleased

Just saw a Youtube review where the reviewer rated it as on par with the Fifty Fathoms! Totally different watches so I'm not sure how easy the comparison is - seems to be more Grand Seiko than Seiko though

Smiths PRS-68. Just arrived from Snoodles.
Cracking condition, I can't see a mark on it.

I have been looking for a reasonably priced model for ages, I doubted that I would get lucky on the new baby Willard when the TF shop opens.

Can't decide on the rubber, the unworn steel bracelet or a khaki NATO which is currently without a home.

It's watch number 150 if that rings a bell with anyone.

Less than 24 hours to get here from Finland thanks to DHL. Couldn't be more pleased to have another L5100 in the collection.

That is a really lovely watch all round, I didn’t think it would take long to sell. Congratulations.

    It's strange the bezel thing.
The one on my SLA017 is spot on and feels like the bezel on my F.F.
I have handled another where the bezel didn't have that same feeling so I know what you mean but wouldn't have known had I not felt both.

When I was buying mine I had a choice of four 017s. All felt loose. The bezel on the one I kept even jammed after 10-11 months.

Cross posted from the Blancpain thread. Arrived this afternoon:

First impressions are that you seem to get a lot of watch for the money!

  38. #10238

Not 100% sure this is ‘me’ but it’s very nice. The strap isn’t a great match but it’s all I had to hand until the bracelet is sized

The hardened case and bracelet have a lovely titanium ish colour

Seagull already off the OEM NATO and onto honey leather. 42mm sapphire version with gooseneck regulator. Very cool vibe. Awesome markers. Hands maybe appear a tiny bit flimsy? Incredible performance on the timeographer though!

Thanks - I haven't stopped wearing it since and it's quite difficult for a rubbish photographer like me to capture it in all its glory. The ebay account is the factory ebay account for Borealis and Prometheus. The two companies are linked but not entirely sure how. This arrived with the sticker on the back and with warranty card that hasn't been filled in.
