In today as the result of a swap with apm101 - Nivrel “Coeur de la Sarre” limited edition from 2013 - #96 / 200. A sod to photograph, but it has the subtlest sunburst-black dial I have ever seen, and really is nicely put-together, complete with display caseback. I think the Di Modell strap suits it much better than the thick, clumsy, turd-brown OEM strap it came-on - just swapped the Nivrel buckle over.

Picked up today, Panerai 510 off Adam aka foxyadam. I’m going to spend all day now buying straps for it. Love the red however, not sure it will go with a suit.

I’ve not been able to post on here for a long time (no new arrivals for well over a year)
I’ve broken that poor form, received one of eddies finest today. Excuse the dust this iPhone pro max shows every last speck!

Just arrived within the last 10 minutes. A blue OceanX Sharkmaster 600.

This is very impressive. It embarrasses my Padi, I must say.

I got it via the best service I've had in years. Beautifully packaged and Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Serious Watches in the Netherlands. Fast delivery too.

I prefer the Sharkmaster 600 to the V version as the 600 has 600m WR, a 43mm case and helium valve with 22mm lugs. The V edition has the 42mm case, 500m WR, 21mm lugs and no HV, and I prefer the text on the dial on the 600 as well.

This is in a totally different league to a modern Seiko Turtle.

It’s worth buying something from serious watches just for the customer service tbh.

Did you get a waffle in the box?

This arrived earlier and it’s superb for £225.

Thanks, I will check it out. The specs at 43mm suit me. Cheers

Absolutely! It's a great watch and I regretted selling that and was fortunate to locate one in France at a decent price as opposed to the stupid £3k-plus that some sellers are asking

Just picked up a Grand Seiko GMT, first GS in the collection. Loving the cream dial and the blue GMT hand! Stuck it on a cognac brown strap to bring it together.

This arrived from the forum last Friday and I instantly decided to flip it, I then realised it was rash decision and after withdrawing and wearing it all week I have grown to really like it. The timekeeping is excellent.

That's a beauty and the strap combination really works. Where did you source if from if I can ask?

Serious watches are great! I bought a Boldr from them via their eBay store, and they have a best offer feature, so they even gave me a bit of a discount.

    Also the Stroopwafel was deliscious!

I remember seeing these years ago and thinking they were really cool
Is it the full colour version or the silver and black?
