After some initial problems with Burrells, got it sorted and landed this Breitling Avenger Hurricane, 45mm 12H version, very happy with it, unbelievably light, very comfortable for a big watch.

Picked up this lovely manual wind vintage diver. In really good nick for a watch from 1965 (or so the seller claims). My first foray into vintage and I’m enjoying it so far.
Arrived with the postman this morning....
Hoping to be buying this sometime this week!!
The watch is 2 mins from me but the owner is downunder in Oz!!
It was bought new in 2008, The chap said it was serviced some years ago and is all working/resetting fine!, It's only £200..

Wow, that's a real bargain you've got yourself, well done. Love those nicely v- grooved pushers so much.

Took a bit of a punt on this on eBay. A risk from an unknown/unheard of brand, but the specs sounded ok for the price and I liked the looks.
42mm brushed stainless case
Miyota 8215 automatic movement with date
Domed sapphire crystal with AR
Super luminova
I didn’t know what to expect, but it arrived this morning and I am pleasantly surprised. It is a fairly weighty, solidly made watch with some decent finishes and details. The case side are quite ‘Bremont’ with the knurled texturing. I don’t like the Panther text but the rest of the dial is very nice and it is a nice deep matt Black. The movement rotor is not the quietest, but it seems to wind and set satisfactorily. Time will tell if it was a good buy, but initial impressions are favourable.
Thanks, I've been after something with the typical Seiko case shape and this is my first. Knowing how this hobby goes I doubt it will be my last
I too would like a GS of some form as many that I have seen are pretty special. I think something with the spring drive movement but I am not fussy. However I will have to make do with the lower end of the spectrum for the timebeing.
Somebody recently told me the symbol looked like some sort of ancient fertility symbol which made me chuckle.
Very nice Nev
Here's a unique piece. 1964 Carrera re-issue with a dial repaint. Poor man's Heuer 2447NS!

Arrived earlier today. Inspired/tempted by the recent thread on these.
Really impressive quality. Instantly likeable. Unlike its owner.

I also could find no info and hence the “punt”.
I am very happy with the aesthetics and the exterior quality of the watch. It is gaining approx 50 SPD, so is not particularly well regulated, but it is a basic Miyota movement.
I am wondering who made the case and dial. The case is very much like the Bremont MB watches.
Got this beauty today. Unfortunately I can't find my Bergeon screwdriver to adjust the bracelet and am reluctant to fork out for another. Ironically I have the little tube with spare blades but no good without the tool to attach them to!
Who knows when it will turn up but one of these should be arriving soon
Ordered from the VC Boutique on Saturday and arrived this afternoon. Fantastic service and wow that blue dial is incredible.
Thank you Simon. It’s quite stunning - the quality is as you’d expect.
Thanks Raff - it actually does look black in some light and at different angles. The blue bursts through outside and it is an amazing blue. None of the pictures I’ve seen Online do it justice.
