Thank you. I think it manages to look distinctive but not gimmicky. I haven’t checked the timing yet but read up about the movement. 80hr power reserve is helpful, and the quality of the Hamilton version of the movement is supposedly fine.

Yes, me too. I can't put my finger on why but I find it very aesthetically pleasing.

^^^ Cor, that is nice. I've never been a big fan of Omegas in general but that one really appeals to me.

Just received this Crepas L'Ocean from Lampoc.

I tend not to bond well with blue dialed watches, and it's a little quirky, but I'm really liking it!

I’d previously owned the original version of this, but moved it on as I was undecided about the dial colour. No such qualms with this one...

Have to agree with you there. I have the original and the new slate dial and bezel is much nicer.

Just arrived.... warranty card dated 20/07 which is a nice touch..

The box is overkill but I’ve wanted one of these for a while so the 50th anniversary of the moon landings seemed like the right time to buy..

Pah what a wast of time... they made my appointment for 2:30, which I questioned if there was enough time to administer all the drugs...(last time took 8 hours)

Don’t worry, this time it’ll be around 3 hours was the reply...

I arrive at 2:00 to be told, there’s not enough time for your treatment, it’ll take 6 hours come back tomorrow at 10am

    So that’s a 100 mile round trip..

Frustrating, but have to take it on the chin, the last people I’m gonna have a go at are the wonderful nurses and other staff...

    Rant over...

Yes. It was in there for just over two weeks - picked it up this morning and nothing to pay . No complaints whatsoever.

Why did they keep it if there were no dues?

These are looking better and better as time goes on, so much classier than the big hand model. My best mate wanted a watch to buy his only son who didn't have a Rolex and asked what was the best value, I pointed him in the direction of one of these about 18 months ago, I found him one at £3200 but he went with a local one at £3500, full set.

I bet him £50 it would be worth a grand more within 3 years!
