    Congratulations on your new addition

Not usually a green dial fan.
But you have got two that I like and the other would be the Tudor BB from Harrods.

Ahaha nice try batman. The swirls on the navy are all surface and would come out with a skim but I don't know what you've done to your lug :)
Stephen hale has a polisher who's spot on with AP, if its chewing you give him a ring, or these guys are good for parts and arrive quickly. might be worth stocking up on spares to get you through summer in the beer garden.

    Loving my latest Breitling.
Arrived just yesterday, and despite having owned the Custard, and the Mustard Seawolf, both previously on bracelet, I am really enjoying the Blacksteel and strap version.

    Vive La Difference

Allow me to lower the tone. My newest incoming non-Seiko 7A38 which arrived this morning ....

Definitely an acquired taste, but very rare - a 3rd different dial variant of the Yema N8YM53.

    Cheap too.

That is a fine looking watch... I’ve never really had a thing for Sinn before but this particular watch has really grabbed my attention.

The LCD-like display brought about by the oil filling is really something to behold. It's unbelievably clear, and also really rather cool to think the watch on your wrist can survive multiple miles deep.

Thank you, it is a watch I have only seen in images until now but in the steel (and oil) it's really a very nice watch, perfect for the medium wrist being 41mm bezel, 11mm thick and incredibly accurate, yes it's a quartz but the oil gives the second hand a more reassuring tick.

As hightrimble said below it can survive massive depths to over 5000m because of the oil but Sinn dont say this, they just say its waterproof not water resistant!

    Hi all,

New to TZUK, been lurking for a couple of days, and as I see no 'new member' thread, I thought I'd hit it off with my today's arrival.

It's a result of my 'exploration watch hunt gone rogue' that those of you who are also on IWL may be familiar with. :) I love it and want it to be a keeper but haven't made the final decision yet.

Welcome! Under “watch talk” just create a new thread introducing yourself to say hi and maybe a bit about your journey in the hobby. Nice pick up btw

The postman delivered a Ninja Tuna this morning.
I now understand what all the fuss is about, they are an essential in any dive watch collection.

SKX009 arrived earlier in the week. I’m very pleasantly surprised with it, even the rattly bracelet which is comfortable but sounds like I have a pocket of loose change!

Several months in the negotiaton, eight hours in the travelling and a few pounds in the purchasing......but an original 600m dial, lots of provenance and its case number is just a couple away from my other one.

I also have a copy of the delivery manifest from Rolex to Comex which includes both my watches.

Better pics and photo essay will probably follow when the watch returns to me shortly :-)

Were there many watches on the delivery manifest Haywood ? Were they delivered in smalk numbers or by the 20’s at a time.

    Amazing Watch.

    Thanks P

The numbers supplied and the corresponding packing manifest etc were particularly important in this instance, so if you bear with me until I do a lengthier post with macro pictures etc I will include it all then. Promise!
