Oh I do love a good Zenith...big fan of that. Slightly unusual twist from Zenith there.

To be honest I am not sure. I bought it "on offer" from Mays, would baulk at retail. However it is probably the most comfortable strap I have, and I do have a shed load.

Got a Helm Vanuatu on its way, bought directly from Helm during the latest release.
Heard good things about it, will post pics once received.

This rather cool looking EZM 13, looking forward to trying it out! Photo slightly borrowed from Gavbaz, hope he doesn't mind! It'll be my 4th Sinn, lets see if it can top the 903 which holds top spot so far!

Heuer Autavia. My photos just don't do justice to how gorgeous this is. One of my grail watches with service history and provenance.

I have totally drained my watch fund (and the goodwill of my wife!).

Lovely and in extremely good condition.

I had the same model for 30+ years and wore it daily for a lot of them. In the end it was nowhere near the condition of yours ;-(

Long story, but the Heuer had to go back to the watchmaker who serviced it last year and now it's back with me in all its glory, including a brand-new RIOS Bund strap.

This morning I was telling some fellow watch enthusiasts that I was going to cull my collection and was done with watches.

    Roll on to this PM

Omega Seamaster 300 Black Ceramic became mine as did a Seiko Presage SPB069J1 with enamel dial which is a total stunner

Had the ECA Denise on order since February. Due to arrive in July. Not long now. Also had a Speedy on order since March but this has hit problems. Trying to get my deposit back as we speak!

PAM 720. IMHO it is much overlooked in favour of the 721 but I prefer the 720. Strap is a Mays black 74.

Went to watch Avengers last Friday at the cinama and left after 30 minutes as I always end up falling asleep anyway for a wander around the mall in Bahrain. Ended up picking this up, subliminal messages I think.
Anyway, i was going for a new strap from Breitling but just ended up with a watch attached to it... to say mrs Weasel was less than impressed is an understatement. Didn't help when I said it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission

Yes the strap works really well, it’s also quite versatile: would suit on a diver, pilot, etc. Enjoy your Helm when you get it!

Thank you! Its functionality I suppose... Chrono and GMT in a lovely titanium 200m WR case.

Will get used to dial colour, but hate that marker at 3 o’clock. Pointless imo. Hand is reaching chapter ring just fine.

Clasp is nothing special, but I knew that.

I have been after a tank style watch for a while and this rather nice specimen turned up today for my birthday!

Very small by today’s standards, but those with dinner plate wrist watches are missing out....

Very nice. I’ve been prevaricating over some similar ones for a couple of years. That looks great and I bet a decent quality movement as well.

  37. #7237
Well this arrived courtesy of draftsmann. Absolutely top notch quality 6309. Can’t believe it’s a 35 yr old watch. Will have to upgrade the strap to an uncle Seiko at some point. (And sorry for the naff conference band...)

This landed today, to me its the perfect speedie, good size, versatile and with great symmetry to the dial.

The recessed lume is lovely and it somehow gives the watch a more classical look than the applied indices that I usually favour on a dial.

Its on the bracelet but it came on this silicone strap

I then put it on a Hirsch Heritage which suits the watch perfectly.

Really like that Hirsch Heritage strap (and the watch, of course!). Might see if I can get one for my Speedie Pro.

This arrived a few weeks ago. I made the right choice with the 1200T, I trend to smaller watches and this one is perfectly sized for my taste. Only let-down was the clasp, not befitting the rest of the watch/BOR.

I haven't had an Omega in the fold for a while and I fancied a bit of blue, then this popped into my field of vision

An AT 2504.80, recently serviced by Omega so warranty until 2021, older 2500 movement so lovely slim case, full set with quality Omega wooden box (although the card holder is still one of those rubberised jobbies, shedding bits of tat everywhere) and a gorgeous sunburst blue dial.

I used to have the 39mm Railmaster and always felt it was too big because of the thin bezel. This is 36mm and a perfect size for me. It wears slightly larger than my Explorer, which I hoped it would.

The only problem is the same problem I had with the Railmaster, the bracelet is slightly too tight or too loose. I've ordered an extra half link from Omega in the hope that once a full link is replaced with two halves, it should be job done.

After wearing for two days it's gained 2 seconds. That'll do for me

Beautiful leaf hands (including the seconds hand) on this 1950’s Langendorf Watch Company (Lanco)...

    Picked this up last night.
It was a toss up between this and the white dial.
I think Rodium dial is more versatile??

I really like this model- congratulations. This may be one of the most versatile watches out there. It’s hard to think of a situation it wouldn’t fit into.

Very nice. If you get tired of it, I’ll have it!

There's alot to like with that one, and yes the hands are lovely. Funny enough the seconds hand is near identical to my recent Shorokhoff and is a small barely noticeable detail I really enjoy.

I am over the moon with this IWC Portuguese 3716 that I got this week. I've been after a 3714 for a while but this limited edition is particularly nice imho- the dial especially. The fact it is an IWC in house movement makes it a little more special as well.

I put it on a Barton quick release strap (how good are THEY by the way?!) and like the look
