I second that. Needs a detailed review if you don't mind.

If the people ask, the people get! On holiday this week, so will have some time to do it justice…I wasn’t originally blown away when I saw the launch…but then went to a VC event and there was one in the building for another client and seeing it in the flesh was a no brainer purchase

VC are doing some special things at the moment and this piece is outstanding

Just landed courtesy of Wasim. DC82.

Broadarrow PRS3 arriving tomorrow after a visit to Olivier for a check up, battery and pressure test.

Always had a hankering for a Monnin 844 style diver after trying to buy an automatic original back in 2010 (should have persevered!). Fast forward to now and a growing family means budget constraints apply so had been looking at CWC, but prices kept me away. Then this popped up on SC! Knowing me I'll probably try and pick up a used CWC if one turns up, but in the meantime I'm excited to get my hands on this!

(Photo credit goes to Lammylee from his for sale post - hope it's OK to pinch it Lee?!)tapatalk_151739701_378x504.jpg

Really happy with my recently arrived BB58 from Harry. Wears similarly to my previously owned 14060 and I also prefer the raised crystal lack of crown guards and red triangle on the bezel. Timekeeping is spot on. Also the first watch I have worn for many years that I like on a bracelet.

I so want one of these again. I had the GSG 9 but it always felt too Walt. The actual watch was amazing though - the ultimate grab and go, unique, cool, tough as boots, comfortable, etc., etc.

It’s the forum pass around watch…
It’s been through a few hands in recent weeks, not going anywhere for a while now though. It’s not been off my wrist since it arrived which is really unusual (I some times wear 2/3 watches a day). It is almost the perfect day to day watch for all the reasons you list.

Watch just arrived, am at work so a quick and dirty phone photo will have to do! Phoenix strap was waiting for it (with the extra bit cut off). Watch in amazing condition for nearly 20 years old, thanks again Lee!

I've been looking for just the right blue strap to match the hands of my Archimede for quite a while, and found one at last. A nice change from the dark brown it's usually on . . .

Got 'the call' earlier and picked this up. Thought I'd prefer the polar, which I have in the previous reference, but not so sure now.

That is sweet! Can you show some more of it? This one gets advertized quit often in a glossy mag with the Dutch FT.

I have no Walt aspirations and never have, but there is no doubt it is one of the best watches I own. Practical, rugged, legible, good looking, comfortable...
Sorry, there's no way you're getting it back!!

My latest new arrival, a £34 HUAWEI fitness band (band 6), very impressed as a right wrist HRM & O2 monitor and love the juxtaposition to my left wrist Rolex.

I am wondering if there is a worse watch ever to be featured here? Apologies, this is very much functionality over form.

I've got the polar but with the small changes they have made the black does look very good. People like the novelty of the floating hands but yours looks better.
