LOL what a joke. How did they explain the reason for the drop?

Picked this up fro T5 Heathrow on Tuesday. Thinking of putting it on a rubber strap.

    Have a good BHW.

The least that they should do is replace it for a completely new one.
That way it would hopefully expedite the process and if you haven't even seen or worn, provide you with a new one, not a piece that has had to be repaired?

I agree that mishaps do happen.
But would you find it so funny if you were in the same position?
    I know that I wouldn't be.

Depends what it was. If it was a Tudor I'd just ask for another but as it's a BLRO I'd just be patient and let it go off to RSC for a few weeks.

Mistakes happen and I'm sure the sales assistant feels bad enough without the customer putting the boot in on top. I would ask about the next allocation though...

Yeah does look nice on bracelet but just don’t fully get on with bracelets. I think it will take a few straps to try out to get the best one! Best get ordering some more haha!

3 in the last week or Two:

    Damasko DC56

    Squale Galeazzi

And today, after pottering around town and having a cider, I picked this up, on a total whim.

Not my first Oris, nor my first Bronze, but my first bronze oris, and I think this one may stay a while. I love the nato it comes with as well as the leather strap.

It said "Yema Superman Heritage Blue Lagoon" and year 2020 on the advert. That's all I know unfortunately.

Thanks. Liked the look of it and decent price so bought despite not knowing much about the brand, model or history.

Got a thing for Seiko at the moment and couldn't resist this for £300. Complemented by a new NATO courtesy of Bark&Jack

It was bought new by me in Jan 2020, the year that model was discontinued. The SKU was YMHF1557A-G and the retail was €690, but Yema have pulled the original product page. Some info is still up on this retailer's site.

Enjoy it - looking at your pics I'm wondering if I was mad to sell it......

Picked up yesterday, wanted the SBGN009 for awhile and just popped into the Seiko AD and I wasn’t about to let this one slip through the net.
50th anniversary of quartz from GS and the dial is lovely and shifts from electric blue to a dark blue dependent on ambient light. My second GS, just love the brand. Just in time for my holidays

I have been looking at a Seamaster for years and must have nearly pulled the trigger at least 10 times.
Then I saw one of these on SC the other day and knew it was the one for me.
Ordered at 4pm yesterday and delivered first thing this morning, now thats good service and also managed to get a bit of discount.
To be honest I would have been happy at full RRP.
    The colour combination is perfect.
I'm one happy lad this morning.

People really need to stop posting pics of white dialled Seamasters.

My second new arrival of the week. Will probably put it on a different strap though

  47. #13647
Just received and currently really happy. Added a MM300 ratcheting clasp for more utility and toolwatch feeling.
Really wish it was SS though, so need to see how I live with it.

Looks good. I've looked at this a few times as a somewhat blend of the MM200 and turtle SRP models.
