New arrival landed today
The previous watches all being in Ti weren’t for everyone. A lot of buyers wanted heft. I think what works here is the refinement of the case. It is better than the 17.01. Plus the dial has much better definition.
Kinda wish I did pick up one of the 17.06s but timing wasn’t quite right!

My Seaforth Bronze arrived yesterday, my second Halios and I’m really pleased with it. Fits beautifully on the rubber strap that it arrived on!
As you can see from the pictures it comes supplied with a soft leather travel case and three spare straps. Hand-written postcard from Jason was a nice touch too - very happy!!

Picked this up from a forum member last week, case is super sharp and has had a recent service. Only just got round to resizing the bracelet last night. First time owning a 5 digit Polar having previously owned a 6 digit version. The size is absolutely spot on, very happy.

Gotcha !
Pulled the trigger on this one at the weekend.
Love the heft over the 16610 and also the bezel/dial proportions make it look smaller to the eye.
It may be the one!

Recently received this as a make-weight in a deal, and very nice it is too...
I've done something either very brave, or very stupid - but certainly rather exciting: just placed an order for my first ever "premium" G-shock, the MTG-B1000XBD, which has a steel-and-composite case and purports to be less of a beast than the usual MT-G. Time will tell whether it's my sort of thing or not, but I do like the look and the functionality...

I picked up a Tudor GMT at the weekend and my GMT Master II is coming back to me after I decided to not put it up for sale (had sent it to a dealer)....not sure if that counts though!
Arrived yesterday, very pleased as I’ve been after one of these for over a decade!

I think radium is definitely something to think about - I believe mine set off the radiation detector at Terminal 5 once (I've now stopped wearing it). A new crystal should show off the dial to nice effect and, bizarrely, these are typically the highest value GSTP watches and generally of the lowest quality (badly-deteriorating dials and extremely thin chrome-plating) but we're only talking between £150-250.
A nice find.
In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.
This is the back
