These look great I would love to try one of these at some point. The strap is a good colour match.

Just arrived and I'm somewhat smitten.

Strange that the strap was mounted the wrong way round but I've seen this on a few reviews. Odd.

Never heard of this brand. Something to get googling about. Looks great and love the case.

A bloody great yellow thing. Love it as a summer toy, once the two Breitling rubber straps and clasp arrive.

I've had an itch for some PVD so this will arrive next week:

I'm not entirely sure it's going to work for me, but if it does the khaki canvas strap is already lined up and ready to go

Far from new, but back from having a new battery and check-up. Anniversary edition, but aren’t they all! Nice though.

    And Then There Were.......Four

I know Bremont generates sometime heated discussion here, however, I've been looking for a specific model of theirs for almost 2 years...........and this morning it arrived! I should add that I had no idea of the serial number until a couple of days after I'd paid for it - bonus! Bought from Watchmaster in Germany who were superb to deal with.

    Bremont Codebreaker in Rose Gold

    (Sales Picture)

The strap is still very stiff making the watch look huge (it's not small at 43mm) and tight on my wrist. It also brings into sharp focus the effect of hand sanitizer on the skin of my hands!

While I can see that being an opinion-divider - even by Bremont standards - I think it's lovely and much prefer it to their aviation-themed stuff

Yes very nice indeed :) What's the serial. number written on?

The serial number is made up from punch cards used to record Enigma decryption information. There is a small piece of wood from hut 6 (Turing's place of work) in the crown and part of the rotor is made from the metal from an Enigma machine rotor.

That is nice a great choice. I’ve always found the flat plain bezels on a lot of their watches a bit plain and detrimental to the overall look. This one is nice and it all works well together.

Battle finished 2 colour cerakote by Paul at Tempus Watch Mods. I love the fact it still looks new vs actual wabi, which I hate.

What a great result with the serial number. And a nice looking piece too.

    It arrived earlier than expected:

Most EB watches have specs that mean they'd be too big for my 'average' wrists, but the Tyneham at 41mm was worth a punt and I'm quite impressed so far.

The rubber strap is super comfy and the whole package looks and feels tough enough to handle the ongoing corona crisis.

Their LEs for some reason always come on leather straps that are only suitable for 7.5”+ wrists. So the straps always stay in the box sadly

Actually meant the strap you’ve got it on but quoted the wrong picture what type of strap is it?

That is lovely, I don't usually like Roman numerals and sub-second dials but that comes together nicely. Must have taken a bit of effort to track down. Congratulations.

Thanks Tony, I lapped it up! Just got the IWC paperwork for a service in 2014, since when it has slept in a safe. It’s running within a few seconds per day currently.

When I was in the Seiko boutique they explained it was Japanese tradition/politeness to have the strap pointing inwards (to your own body) rather than outwards

Indeed - the same with all the GS's I've had that have been on leather (and I've stopped changing them around now).
