Thanks, I agree. I moved the orange dial on to make way for this one. Very happy.

Another one just in from Aliexpress. It's the 'I Love Watches' edition Chronos flieger. I think the band is synthetic, and a touch of AR would benefit the crystal. Apart from that I can't fault it.

That’s a good, fun watch imo.

New watch day and my third BB58 black.

Also picked up a new Speedmaster racing bracelet for my modified FOIS. IMO almost the perfect Speedy. Straight lugs, no crown guard, more refinwd dial and smaller lug to lug with sapphire crystal.

Got this last week as a result of a very speculative WTB. Didn’t expect any response because I’ve never seen one on the forum. Very pleased with it.

This arrived today... very impressed with it, save that the date window is a bit on the small side. Anyway, it'll be very useful so I envisage hanging onto it.

I think that Seiko were clever to put a plain fixed bezel on that watch. It looks good and seems to be selling well.

(Still not a fan of the new 5 logo though, too Superman-ish).

    Thank you.

The Seiko Nato it came with is pretty awful. This was the first thing I found in my strap box, an old faded Haveston khaki canvas. I reckon it's going to look good on pretty much any strap!

Father of all Nomos' 1941 Longines flat lug bauhaus 38mm (!)
Been looking for one for 3 years now. Only come across one (much more pristine example) during this period, which sold for 5x times my budget.
Not exactly minty, but i love my vintage watches looking vintage. The dial wabi might be a bit too much for even my taste, so let's start another quest for a dial - loving this game!

Seiko SPB187. Bit of a bargain find on the bay. Really impressed, the blue dial is lush. Has the same aesthetic strength as my previous SLA021, just with more compact dimensions. Could easily be the perfect one-watch solution for many.

    Just in

Couple of firsts with this one

    1st mechanical chrono
    1st Damasko

Been on my radar for a few months now and finally managed to bag one.

Went a bit nuts at the auction today.

All a bit weird and quirky, the Hulk went for £18,000 plus 25% so out of my budget

Picked this Tudor up, the ceramic black bay with metas movement. So far running well and it looks rather cool, if Batman had a watch this would be it.

Wasn’t keen on the pics on the web but in the hand it works very well, the Matt case and dial contrasts so well with those markers, very legible dial.

Thanks, I agree. Something about some dive watches that just make a strap work a whole lot better, this is one of them. For reference, it's an Uncle Seiko Tropic, replaced the bracelet within 10mins of it turning up yesterday.

Picked up a Black Bay 58. Been wanting a dive watch ( not for diving ) to have alongside my Speedmaster as a more every day watch.

    Loving it so far

Had an Omega coaxial sized space in the collection, and have never owned a mechanical Omega (a battered old cone hummer got me hooked on the game however) so a vaguely serendipitous addition…
