Bought to scratch the Spring Drive itch and it's very impressive so far. I'm aware some will baulk at not having GS on the dial but that doesn't bother me as it's as good as to my eyes.

I'm going through a phase of preferring bigger watches as daily wearers and whilst I think this is probably 'too big' at c44mm, for some reason I'm finding that less of a problem than I have in the past. Suspect that'll change when I wear 38-40mm for a few days again but for now I'm really liking this.

That Brellum is really nice...one of the nicest "new arrivals" I've seen in a while.

Took a bit of a punt on this one; is it too much blue? Wasn't sure; unknown (to me ) micro brand, has all the basics covered but something was nagging me after I hit the pay now button.
Well, that was a week or so ago and here it is; needn't have worried, seems like a reasonably well put together watch; although it's rated at 300m you can't say it's a serious dive watch; more a dive into the pub in jeans kinda watch; but hey, it's a little bit funky and that's cool!

Thanks. It's as well built as any other watch I own and nicely presented.

Thanks. You're the second person to say this, a little bit like a Polaris.

Picked this up the other week for one of the ladies in my life, seems to be up for discussion as to who’s getting it.

Someone take the internet away from me. After making a vow to not buy any more watches, I’ve ended up with another King turtle in the space of two weeks. Saw it on a flash sale couldn’t resist.

Lovely looking watch. What size wrist do you have? Web site says ok for 6.5 inch but I think it may be a bit big for me.

Evening incoming for me. A big thank you to one of the forum good guys for helping me with this one.

Obviously a bit bigger than the sub but still very wearable!

I have been after one of these (Seiko A829-6030) for a while so I am happy to have a fairly tidy example even if I might have got slightly carried away at the auction.

However there are a couple of issues with it aside from the dreadful bracelet. So it will need a bit of work. Fingers crossed it won't cost too much.

Thank you. I'll look it up. It reminds me of my Smiths Navigator with an Omega twist.

A couple of recent incomings. The Tuna arrived last week and the Super Pro this morning. Both larger than I am used to, but they sit well and are very comfortable. The Heuer is weighty, though the lack of lugs and a very good bracelet hold it nicely on the wrist without it being tight. The bezel action is great, so much easier than many, including the Tuna. I'm often amazed at how tricky some bezels can be to turn as surely a dive watch has to be operable by cold/wet/gloved hands? Lucky I don't dive! Loving both watches, but looks like the annual budget is now well and truly spent.

Both very nice watches, the superpro was very tempting as is the example on SC now.

This was waiting for me last night when I got home. Never really looked at this brand, was always put off by the logo - don't know why really? But as others have said, so much VFM!

Lovely looking watch that, I have the Super Compressor and was my first CW, extremely impressed and will certainly add another from their collection at some point.

Been after one of these for a while. Always seem to miss the window for buying one from Timefactors. Wasn't keen on paying inflated prices as I'm not sure I would bond with it. Thanks to Ben on this forum I'll be wearing it this weekend and see how it goes.

    Unimatic UC4.

    Feel the heft!

Apologies for the poor picture quality. I hope to do a mini review with better photographs in due course. Looking forward to trying this on some different straps tomorrow.

I had one before and sold it, stupidly. Hoping not to repeat the mistake!

Wiley yes its the new one, bit wider on the bracelet and slimmer on the lugs.

I went from zero to 3 CW watches this year; super compressor, Trident Pro and GMT. Such fun given they don’t break the bank and look great. I really don’t need my SubC anymore as the CWs get more wrist time.

At a smidge under £500 with code, that is a billy bargain. Also like it on the new canvas green strap.
