Yes that's right, the Spring version of the 4 seasons models introduced as US market only in 2019 and now opened up to the rest of the world.

I was interested in the Winter model originally but when I saw the dial in the flesh it reminded me of a typical wet, grey Manchester winter sky, not something to cherish!!

Honestly I really like it the watch is running at -1 sec a day its not been of my wrist for the last 5 days or so
Ive got my full review coming out Tuesday for this one
Its funny because in the unboxing video I didn't even see it has a floating date disc on the dial also

I've just ordered one of these in for a review as I think its look really nice

Bought one of these but on a bracelet from a bloke in Poland last night. Finally scratched a Dunhill itch I’ve had for years, or at least I will have done if it shows up!

That's a very long time to be held in stock!!

    Can see why you're chuffed.

Works well on the Nato too. Might do the same with my 144.

The Incoming / New Arrival Thread

First of a couple of early incomings this year - Hanhart 417ES.

Been on my radar for weeks, and has been my recent preferred viewing of many YouTube reviews!

Quite stunning detail, beautifully built and superbly legible. Chunkier than I had expected given it’s 42mm x (a reasonable)13.5mm, but wears very comfortably on my 7.5inch wrist.

I would imagine the 39mm is going to seem even chunkier!

Currently running at -1sec/day, which is exceptional.

That is so understated. Looks the perfect size for you. I have the YM40 RG which I still adore.

    Great point.

Not had it on much, it’s ok with the chrome reflecting off the light. I’ve not struggled to read the hands however it would be good to have a couple of days getting use to it.

I don’t think it would be too much of a problem though.

Not the watch, but an UncleSeiko flatlink bracelet.

Very nce Ben, a racing dial is about the only thing that would tempt me out of Speedie retirement, and the flatlink suits it very nicely.

Have you tried this way of wearing a NATO? It doesn't sit as high.

Back focusing on military issue and this former US Military (Glycine) Altus GG-W-113 arrived yesterday. Glycine only received one contract for these in 1986, so they are not particularly common.

Feels like an incoming as don't think I've worn this since about 2005. It's lay dormant in a box of bits for years and inspired by the recent Hamilton release I have resurrected it. It's taken a while as it has a very tight snap-back case and I wasn't convinced it still worked. After finding the tiny tab to lever off the case back I found my tools wouldn't fit and using a thin knife blade resulted in a nasty cut to my finger. I then parked the idea for a while until I got over this mishap and found a different type of tool to try. It arrived and the back was off revealing no corrosion or leaking batteries inside - result! Two new batteries arrived and installed and then multiple attempts to get the snap-back snapped back on (the right combination of pucks on a crystal press paid off in the end) has rekindled memories of the good times I had wearing this watch getting on for 20 years ago - I wore it on nights out liking the fact I could read the time in the dark with a quick press of the button - it goes dark again as soon as the button is released.

Waffle over, here's my Fossil LED watch with integrated bracelet :-) Showing the signs of good times in its general condition which is much worse than any watch I have bought and treasured in the ensuing years!

I never thought I'd ever get my hands on one, let alone at the list price. But here it is, courtesy of an unselfish and thoroughly decent member of this forum, SCH74. I'll be posting in H&V with the full story but here is my Timefactors Silver Jubilee Everest. And sweet and gorgeous it is too.

I have been considering it long enough,it wears bigger than the 37 mm suggests.

Cheap and cheerful replacing one I had travelling a while back and gave away before heading home. Finished well and a great strap for under £50.
