It’s the result of a lot of years of work and collecting to get up to this level. I’ve owned a 5513 and a lovely 79090 Tudor Submariner. But this is basically the grail sub for me. I’m not an oligarch so my dive watch journey has, I think, come to an end!
That is special. You must be chuffed.

This is arriving tomorrow. It's been on my shopping list as soon as it hit production. Martin Compston has been wearing one in his BBC travel show, Scottish Fling. That was the final straw. I had to get one. The way Longines have designed that stunner of a blue starburst dial is something rather special.

    Zenith A385

Finally picked up my ne Zenith..I know many folk dislike the bracelet on this model but for some reason I’m loving that retro style especially the old school clasp with loads of adjustment..37mm perfect size for me.

Sure. They have two equally priced options. The bracelet model or the strap model. A few dial colour options.

Fantastic watch and that dial colour is beautiful! Great size as well. Would love one of those.

Just arrived today, absolute cracker of a watch, from a top guy here, ENES I honestly cannot thank him enough for letting this gem out of his possession.
Also being watched by the lurker in the background (no not Lurcher, Lurker)

Just arrived my first ever Doxa. Wears very nicely albeit much smaller than expected from a 42.5mm case.

Photos simply don't do them any justice @abraxas they really do look 60s the domed crystal with the domed dial are something else.

It’s really nice although not sure it’s a keeper yet. I like the look of dive watches but not so keen when I have them on!

The quality is amazing for the price point. The tolerances and finishes are great and way above any Seiko I have handled around the £1000 mark.

I was so tempted by that and kept going back to it.

Looks top class and you won't see many others in the wild. Good buy

Popped into my local Rolex AD to get a strap swap for my Yachtmaster Oysterflex and was offered the Pelagos 39. Got them to swap over to the rubber strap and I'm a happy chappy.

This Glycine Combat Sub has arrived. I only bought it for the spare bracelet/strap, so will most likely move it on, having hopefully come out even as it was an excellent deal.

Just arrived. This is a nice touch, isn't it? Came with an unexpected extra strap, and the watch was running with the time set correctly to within one second!

The NATO is of very good quality, I think the nicest one I've had along with the one that came with my PRS-40. 36mm, screw-down crown and just a slightly different spin on the Explorer style. Like my Newmark field watch, has a quartz movement with a sweeping second hand.

Picked up today; the snappily named “Prospex Black Series Night Vision King Samurai - Limited Edition”

Was a bit worried that it would be too big for me at almost 44mm, but it seems to wear nicely on my scrawny wrist!

A slightly different new arrival than I was planning to post. I've occasionally bought a watch to celebrate a particular milestone and in 2010 marked a promotion by buying a Deepsea which I still have.

I am now retiring and so wanted to mark this in a similar way and acquired my retirement watch a little while ago but with my wife insisting that I didn't wear it until 1st October. Yesterday, the joy of wearing the new watch for the first time, was completely overshadowed by my wife throwing a surprise retirement party attended by family and friends........... and with a very special cake.

Yes a cake based on my original Deepsea!
Being with friends and family was incredible, so much more important than any watch and was a reminder of just how lucky I am to have them, especially Mrs DSSD.

I will now be reminded of the day every time I wear my new watch.

    A nice pair Michael.

My latest addition. I haven't owned a Doxa for years so it's good to get a Carribbean back in the collection. An incredible watch considering it's 1200m depth rating.

The blue Bisonstrap looks pretty good on it.

First Sinn courtesy of Ant. New rubber strap added which compliments it well and now my new daily.

    Loving the plain 3/6/9/12 dial.
