Lovely watch but it looks huge in that picture.

Another great pic. I watched a few videos on it last night, really cool, but apparently wears smaller than a 40mm Sub so doubtful it would work for me. I’ll still try one on when I see one though. You must have slim wrists.

It’s a dealer clock I was able to find a bracelet for.

Nice one verv. That is number one on the list for me but is likely another two purchases away. Enjoy!

Thanks wileeeeeey. It's definitely worth trying one on. It does wear small for a 42mm watch due to the small dial and shorter lug to lug length. However, the case itself does cover quite a bit of the wrist when you look at it. I think the Carbon 300 wears a little smaller than the stainless steel version, especially when worn on the integrated rubber strap. One to try in person. My wrist is 17cm for reference.

Thank you, interesting. There is an AD not far so I’ll try one next time I’m in.

Hence the reason never to buy a NOS watch
Commits you to never wearing the thing as you’ve paid several K above market to buy it like that but as soon as you’ve worn it it’s the same as any other good condition watch
Waste of time except for collectors keeping them in safes and people who don’t care about a few thousand for the privilege.

Hopefully my new (to me) CWC SBS should be here on Saturday, really looking forward to getting it!

4 arrivals this week but probably only one keeper, a lovely little vintage Accutron tuning fork.

New arrival yesterday. One that I've somehow never owned until now.

The QQ 44mm 1226 (photo taken late last night in poor light). Perfect size for me.

I’m not sure it is a nice box really, have you seen Omega or Panerai boxes? Much nicer…

A very lame attempt at building a little suspension :)

Agreed. The modern Rolex boxes are not much to write home about either.

Sentimental reason, as my first Rolex came in such a box.

I've owned this from new for 6 years but it just came back from its first service at Dornbluth and came back completely as new so it is like a new incoming for me :)

Some of you may recognise this …

Always fancied the SBX001 or 017, but I think this is the one.

Picked this up at retail today. Such an underrated dial. In the flesh very impressive piece. Seeing one in the flesh made me put my name down
