On a cheapy Fleger strap, the fittings on the NATO it shipped with aren't big enough to tuck the tail through.

Got this yesterday. Always liked them and one came up on the forum so had to have it.

Great look and functionality and really light to wear. The profile reminds me of my omega sea master 2254.

Good while since I had a nice arrival. This little 20 yr old honey hasn’t seen much action I don’t think. Glorious condition. Delighted

Thats lovely Rusty, it is mint and looks untouched. How is the bracelet? It must have quite a different look to a BB without the Oyster bracelet.

Bracelet is quite refined 2 central links polished other 3 brushed. Clasp standard fare. Feels dressier than the BB bracelet but poorer clasp. Very comfy though / LOADS of micro so v easy to get perfect fit.tapers nicely

That is beautiful! Congrats. Dial is superb and the whole watch looks in great nick for it's age. Very nice example. Enjoy in good health!

Acquired an Old Tudor brochure recently and noticed these in it.
What’s the story with ‘Tiger’ on the dial ?

I think it was to link in with Tudors sponsorship of Tiger Woods.

T'was indeed. I had a 79260 which is my biggest regret on selling. Some of these older Tudor chronographs are going for over 5 times their list price when new.

So I recently sold my TT Rootbeer on TZ as I received a call from my AD on 1 of 2 incomings I have been waiting for the right time to pull the trigger on. This is my first SubC, and she is a perfect complement to the 16710 Pepsi that gets 90% of my wrist time. I love the way the blue changes shade in different light, and the warm glow of the white gold. The weight of it is noticeable over SS, and I am absolutely smitten by it. Also always glad that my AD is happy to let me keep all stickers, warranty card, and other bits every watch should come with. These watches are for wearing and not just the safe.

And here she is, the “Smurf” (ref 116619LB). Excuse the simple iPhone snap, but this photo shows the blue in natural light with no filter.

Yes, mine has been well worn since I acquired it four years ago. Luckily it wasn't in as nice condition as yours when I got it ;)

    I picked up an Omlette.

I planned to buy a new one around my birthday, but this one appeared on SC with a serial number that I would have chosen had I been able to pick one, so I couldn't resist!

Still not convinced about the clasp, but the watch isn't as tall as some photos made it look.

    Another great watch from Eddie.

This Seiko cocktail Blue Moon just arrived. It wasn't love at first sight, I'm not sure I'm keeping it. Perhaps the version with white background would charm me more.

Thanks to a very nice TZer this is now sized and very firmly on my wrist. Practically impossible to catch the beauty of the dial on this, especially with my very limited photography skills anyway!!
Looking forward to properly trying this one out and getting some proper sunshine shots.
    Thanks Tony....

Bought this today so not arrived yet. The most impulsive of impulse purchases I've ever made - probably 20 minutes between spotting it on a thread here (yes, it's TZ's fault!) and pushing the button.

In my defence, this one was the only unit I could find for sale in the UK.

I liked the black so the orange is in it’s suede holder un sized. Didn’t like cutting down down to size the strap though, glad I didn’t do it.
